When Teresa Slack quit work in 1999 to focus on her writing, she soon learned nothing gets a story moving like a dead body. In 2005, her first book, Streams of Mercy, the first in the Jenna’s Creek Series, won the Bay Area Independent Publishers’ Association Award for “Best First Novel”. Since then she has had four more novels published. Teresa strives to incorporate mystery, romance, and humor in everything she writes. She is currently working on Book 4 of her Jenna’s Creek Series, which will take place during the Great Blizzard of 1978. She writes from her home near Hillsboro, OH.
