I grew up loving to read. My parents were both readers and each of them always had a book they were working on. Some of my favorites were: Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, Trixie Beldon, and many other mystery series. Right out of high school I joined the Air Force and headed off to basic training. This started a period of time that I wasn’t able to read very much and I sorely missed it. At my first duty station I met the love of my life, Ted, and we got married in July of 1978. As we traveled from base to base over the next few years our family grew. We had 5 children in a 7 ½ year period and I had no time to read. After Ted retired from the Air Force we settled down in Salinas, CA and as the children grew so did my reading time. One of the joys of my life is sharing my love of reading with others including my 8 grandchildren. I have now been reviewing books since early in 2013. I started my blog in July of 2013 and love helping authors, publishers, and other readers by sharing my thoughts about the books I read.Reviews by Debora Wilder
