Steve has been a student of Chinese and Greek cultures, philosophy, and history for more than three decades, and continues to be intrigued by the often contradictory contributions each of these remarkable and disparate civilizations has made to American culture. This interest gave rise to his Washington, DC, Chinese/Greek-American PI – Socrates Cheng.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and history from Pennsylvania State University and a law degree from Duke Law School. He lives with his wife in Washington, DC.
