December 02, 2019
Q: Would you tell us about your current book release Silent Night Suspect? The official back cover blurb: Suspected of a crime she knows she didn’t commit… All she wants for Christmas is to remember. Blood on her blouse. A gun in her hand. A cartel leader’s dead body in front of her. Widow Asia Stratton can’t remember what happened—just that she’s been framed. The only way to prove her innocence is to work with her ex-sweetheart, Nebraska state trooper Slade Jackson. But can they clear her name before this Christmas turns even deadlier?
Q: What is the main thing you hope readers remember from this story? Q: How do you choose your settings for your books? Q: Do you base your characters on people you know or are they totally made up? Q: Would you share with us what you are working on now? Q: If money were no object what vacation would you like to take and why? Q: What is the silliest thing you have ever done? Q: What is the hardest thing you have ever done? |

Colorado native Sharee Stover lives in Nebraska with her real-life-hero husband, three too-good-to-be-true children, and a ridiculously spoiled dog. A self-proclaimed word nerd, she loves the power of the written word to ignite, transform, and restore. She writes Christian romantic suspense combining heart-racing, nail-biting suspense and the delight of falling in love all in one. She is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers, Sisters in Crime, and Nebraska Writer’s Guild. Sharee is a triple Daphne du Maurier finalist, winner of the 2017 Wisconsin Fabulous Five Silver Quill Award, and her debut, Secret Past, won Best First Book in the 2019 National Excellence in Romance Fiction Awards. When she isn’t writing, Sharee enjoys reading, crocheting and long walks with her obnoxiously lovable German Shepherd. Visit her at www.shareestover.com.

Hi Sharee. Silent Night Suspect is fantastic. Write FASTER!!!
I always love to read the “story behind the story” about books! I’m almost finished a book I was waiting on, and yours is next in the queue on my Kindle. I love reunion romances and I love your theme. Can’t wait to read your very own series next year! Congratulations, again!
Great interview and I look forward to reading your new series. Silent Night Suspect is a terrific story, and I know Untraceable Evidence will be wonderful as well!

HI Sherida!! Thank you for being here! Beauty for ashes is the best!
Jerusha, Change can be wonderful! I hope you like Silent Night Suspect! Merry Christmas!
Great interview! I love the sound your new novel, Sharee. It sounds exciting and, more importantly, I love that it’s packed with important truths about God and Christian living! I can relate to fearing major changes. But I love how you put it–that hard things aren’t always bad things. So true. Merry Christmas!
Great interview! Yes, sometimes the hard times turn into blessings. Forgiveness is a beautiful theme….others, ourselves…and God’s endless mercy! What an exciting book! Congratulations, Sharee!
Thanks for a very insightful interview! I love the inspiration story behind Silent Night Secret. We are all humans who struggle with one thing or another and only through the grace of God are we able to address and overcome those challenges.
