Q: How long have you been writing and what other careers or jobs have you had?
A. I’ve been writing nearly ten years now, but before that I did just about every office job imaginable. I’m a wiz at filing! If my writing career ever wanes, my dream job is working in Barnes and Noble, but mostly only so I can get the staff discount
Q: Do you write in only one genre and if so which one and why? If
Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A. I’m a fine and forensic artist living on the ranch where I grew up in the mountains of north Idaho. I met my husband in the romantic halls of the FBI Academy. We currently travel across the US and Canada team-teaching forensic art to law enforcement professionals. In between classes, I work on cases for law enforcement agencies, paint watercolors, and exhibit my Great Pyrenees
Q: How did you get your start writing fiction and what genre do you predominantly write in?
A. I have always loved daydreaming and making up stories. I dabbled with creative writing growing up, but set it aside. It wasn’t until after the birth of my youngest daughter and a bout with a serious illness that I really felt God stirring me to start writing again.
