This book is set in a creepy little town in Pennsylvania that might give Fog Lake, Tennessee competition for creepiness. Women are being murdered by a serial killer, but the police claim they can find no leads–or are they too lazy to follow them?

I had my guesses who-dun-it, but I was wrong. There were some unexpected twists. Another winner from prolific author Christy Barritt.
