The characters were so good. I loved learning about the guys’ friendship and what happened that caused their distance. I also am SO curious about Luke and whether or not he is alive and, if so, what he’s been doing all this time. (Hope we find out in the next book!)
The mystery was interesting and there were some suspenseful scenes, although a couple of them seemed to be resolved a little too quickly for believability, but that may just be me and how I perceived things.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Cold Shot and definitely recommend it! I cannot wait to read the next book and continue this series!
I’m an avid reader who loves books that keep me glued to the page, anticipating what is going to happen next, and suspense books definitely give me that!
