Q: Let me start with asking you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
A. I am a Canadian by birth, American by choice. I have four younger siblings, and am an accountant by training. I moved to the US in 1999 to marry a man I met on the internet, and we’ll celebrate 17 years in a few months.

A: I live in a small town in Missouri with my husband, Norman, and our Puggle, Watson. He only weighs 30 pounds (Watson, not Norman), and he thinks he owns us. LOL!

We moved here 3 ½ years ago from Kansas so we could watch our grandchildren grow up. We love spending time with them and our wonderful son and daughter-in-law (who is a writer too)!

Q: How long have you been writing and what other careers or jobs have you had?
A. I started writing as a preteen, (too many years ago to mention), but I didn’t start trying to get published seriously until a little more than ten years ago. Before that, I worked in a lab, and then later for a large computer company, all the while continuing to write. Then in 2012 I entered a contest hosted by Emily Rodmell called “Speed Dating”
