Review – Christmas Conspiracy

This is book six in the First Responders series, even though they are all stand alone books, it is a great series. Each novel focuses on one of the six elite first responders, it is fun to reconnect with those you learned to love in the previous First Responders series, yet it is not necessary to understand what is going on in this book.

Jake Marsh takes an upfront role in this novel. He is the team leader for this special group of first responders. When he answers one of his calls he is not expecting the overprotective feelings that Rachael brings out in him. Will he be able to keep his feelings as bay while trying to solve this mystery?

Rachael has secrets of her own and when she is running for her life will she be able to face the past or is it bound to haunt her forever.

This book is full of mystery, suspense, love, romance, commitment and much more. I love the writing style of Sleeman, her books never disappoint. She grabs your attention from the beginning and keeps you guessing all the way to the end.
